If you've received new income, add it to the Income database. If you've made a new transaction, add it to the Transaction database. In either case, you should then link it to the page in the Account Balance database for the account that it was paid into/from.
If you want to calculate a running total for your bank balances then each time you record a new income payment or transaction, duplicate the latest page of the account that the income was paid into and link the new page to the income/transaction page.
For transfers between accounts, first, create a transaction page for the withdrawal from your account and then create an income page, for the income into your other account.
